Audrey grew up in Martin, SD, and knowing at a young age she wanted to pursue a life in medicine, she went on to receive her LPN degree at Lake Area Tech in Watertown, SD, right out of high school. She quickly progressed up to obtain her Baccalaureate in Nursing from the University of South Dakota. Audrey practiced as an RN for over 9 years within the adult ICU, NICU, PICU, ED, and Flight Nursing before deciding to further her education as a Physician Assistant through the University of North Dakota. Audrey joined Philip Health Services in July 2020. She has a special interest in rural medicine and critical care/emergency medicine with her previous experience in flight medicine. She also brings passion about women’s health and well-child/adolescent care to our practice.

It is evident that she thoroughly enjoys working with a wide variety of patients across the life spans. She finds value in living in a rural community and being able to take the extra time to learn about patients, their families, and connect with them. It is her desire to provide evidence-based medicine and quality care for each patient, while offering education, and being a great resource for the team she works with and the community she serves.
